Robbie Crosier | Partner

Robbie Crosier is a corporate attorney specializing in business acquisitions and outside general counsel services. Over the course of his career, Robbie has had the pleasure of serving as corporate counsel for hundreds of businesses across diverse industries, including healthcare, technology, construction, education, real estate development, manufacturing, consulting, private equity, and hospitality.

Robbie’s practice focuses on guiding small business owners through mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on transactions involving businesses valued between $500,000 and $20 million. He offers a hands-on approach to every stage of the process, from initial negotiations and due diligence to drafting agreements and ensuring seamless post-transaction integration.

In addition to his M&A practice, Robbie serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Texas A&M University School of Law, where he supervises student practitioners representing small business owners throughout DFW.

Robbie graduated an Honors Scholar with Distinction from Baylor University’s University Scholars Program before earning his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law. Outside the office, Robbie enjoys spending time with his wife Skylar and son Cooper.
