Robbie Crosier is a founding partner of Peters Kussmaul Crosier PLLC and the head of the firm's Corporate & M&A practice group, where he specializes in business acquisitions and outside general counsel services. Over the course of his career, Robbie has had the pleasure of serving as corporate counsel for hundreds of businesses across diverse industries, including hospitality, healthcare, technology, construction, education, real estate development, manufacturing, consulting, and private equity. Robbie's M&A practice focuses on guiding business owners through acquisitions, from founder-led exits to complex, multi-party transactions. He offers a hands-on approach to every stage of the process, from initial negotiations and due diligence to drafting agreements and ensuring seamless post-transaction integration. Robbie regularly serves as lead counsel on acquisitions across Texas, representing buyers and sellers in asset, stock, and membership interest transactions, and typically manages multiple active engagements at any given time, from Main Street asset purchases to private equity-backed exits.

In addition to his private practice, Robbie serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Texas A&M University School of Law, where he supervises student practitioners representing business owners throughout Texas.

Robbie graduated an Honors Scholar with Distinction from Baylor University's University Scholars Program before earning his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law. Outside of the office, Robbie enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Skylar and son Cooper.
