Michael Glazer is an accomplished corporate attorney and business advisor with over three decades of experience guiding companies through every stage of growth. Michael has served as General Counsel for multiple companies and has negotiated thousands of domestic and international agreements, including mergers, acquisitions, technology transactions, joint ventures, and financing arrangements. A graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business, Michael is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, and Dallas Bar Association.
