Michael Glazer
Of Counsel
Michael Glazer is an accomplished corporate attorney and business advisor with over three decades of experience guiding companies through every stage of growth. As Of Counsel at Peters Kussmaul Crosier PLLC, Michael draws on his extensive background as both outside and in-house counsel to deliver practical, business-minded legal solutions for clients across a wide range of industries.
Michael has served as General Counsel for multiple companies and has negotiated thousands of domestic and international agreements, including mergers, acquisitions, technology transactions, joint ventures, and financing arrangements. His approach emphasizes efficiency, strategy, and clear communication—helping clients balance risk and reward while advancing their long-term objectives.
A graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business, Michael is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, and Dallas Bar Association. Outside the office, he enjoys playing guitar and ice hockey, following Texas Longhorn football, and spending time with his family.
