John David McClellan | Attorney
John David "JD" McClellan is a litigation attorney at Peters Kussmaul Crosier, where he represents businesses and individuals in business, commercial, and real estate disputes throughout North Texas.
JD earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston before completing his Juris Doctor at Texas A&M University School of Law. During law school, he interned with the Honorable Reed O'Connor of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the litigation team at Cantey Hanger LLP, and the North Richland Hills City Attorney's Office. Those experiences gave JD an early, multi-perspective view of litigation from the federal bench, private practice, and municipal government.
At PKC, JD handles a broad range of civil disputes, including business and commercial litigation, business torts, and real estate litigation. He is licensed by the State Bar of Texas and is an active member of the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association. He is also a veteran of the United States Air Force Reserve.
JD and his wife, Brittney, live in North Texas with their daughter, Hollyn.
